Our chief instructor Reuben Florence has over 27 years non-stop training in Shitoryu Shukokai Karate and is very passionate about delivering real Karate principals and techniques to his students. We are honoured and proud to be guided by Grand Master Masataka Ohshita M.A.Ed, Soke, 10th Dan (see pic), and so we are confident in the quality and authenticity of the Karate Knowledge we pass on to our students.
We want to make Karate training affordable and available to everyone at our club. We believe that anyone should be able to learn Karate. We strive to keep costs reasonable to ensure all have the opportunity to enjoy Karate and offer a number of discounts to make training less of a burden to families.
New students to pay per lesson for trial period which is between 2-3 weeks depending on start date. After this period they will be required to pay per calendar month and pay the Insurance and membership fee below.
